Iona was born in Romania on December 25, Christmas Day, in a city called Braila, which is 3 hours away from the capital Bucharest, the Black Sea and Transylvania (Dracula's castle!). She always wished to have a sister so she can play dress up with dolls but a few years later, her brother was born. Iona was more like a tomboy as she liked to play sports such as soccer. She always enjoyed entertaining people, friends, family, at school in different ways, loved to dance and sing. But she was so much trouble for her parents that she was primarily raised by her grandparents. They were a big part of her childhood and life in general, teaching her ONLY THE BEST, spoiled her with love, beautiful little gifts. Her level of energy has no limits. As she grew up, her dream was to be a singer. She tried for two (2) years but then gave up. Moving on, she entered a competition for long distance track and field and won many races. In this way, she discovered her potential, talent and gained self confidence. Iona took this sport seriously for eight (8) years and was a strong national competitor in the 800m, 1500m and 3000m races. She shared her happiness and success with her family, winning medals and diplomas and bringing them home.
Born under the Capricorn sign, her motto in life is Ambition, Confidence, Honesty and Hard Work. After Iona graduated school, the sporting career contributed to developing a great physique. She then focused on her artistic talents in areas such as fashion, beauty pageants, hair design and makeup, movies, beautiful clothes. She also learn English and Italian language and decided to embark on a modeling career. The magazine VIP discovered her in a contest How Sexy Are You ? Then, a few years later, she gained a contract to work in Japan. But after two (2) years, she felt homesick and returned home ... Feeling restless, she sought greater challenges in life so she decided to move to TORONTO, where she currently lives.
Iona's modeling career started with the Toronto Sun newspaper, followed by many other magazines such as UMM, calendars, beauty pageants, etc. She always has self-confidence and belief in her creative talents, applies herself with lots of energy and expresses herself with a good attitude in front of the lens. She loves the camera and the camera loves her! As someone born in Eastern Europe, she loves how in America, dreams can become reality, everything is possible for those that want success. Her influences are many and include Sophia Loren, Marilyn Munroe, Kim Kardashian, Carmen Electra, Pamela Anderson, Janice Dickinson, Catherine Zeta Jones…and Haifa Wehbe.
Iona likes to work out and travel but shopping is her biggest weakness. Modeling is not her only dream career. By working in this industry and taking courses, she has learned how to do her own hair, makeup, wardrobe, putting outfits together and is now making her move to the next stage. She is a licensed and certified hairstylist, graduated from cosmetology school, took master classes with MAC cosmetics and currently starting an image consulting business. She loves and enjoys the feeling of being around people, contributing to their needs by styling and makeovers…it is the best feeling in the world to see the joy in her client's faces, make them happy and smile about their improved appearances, greater self-confidence. She hopes in the near future to write her own biography based on her life, career, success and share her stories with others.

About me
The only exception to this is if you have an incredible knock me off my feet idea or if you are a fantastic photogrpaher who would love to do a pin up shoot with me and provide hair, makeup and some wardrobe. That would be awesome!
